The room was modern, cozy, and clean, and the people there were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of of Basilica. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Carlo welcomed us and was happy to answer our questions. The room was lovely, with all the amenities, a spacious bathroom, and a fair price. It's very near the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, and there's free parking close by. If we come back to Assisi, this will be our first choice.

We stayed for four days, and Carlo's warm welcome made us feel at home right away. The B&B is in a great spot, just minutes from the attractions and public transport, with tasty bars and restaurants right downstairs. Our room was clean, tidy, and had all the comforts. We'll definitely return.

It was easy to get around on foot, with the main sights and public transport just a short walk away. The place is tucked into a quiet, peaceful area despite that convenient location. We were welcomed warmly, and the hosts were attentive to details and always available.

The owner is very friendly, and the guesthouse is a nice place to stay, with a TV and private bathroom in the room. It's close enough to walk to the train station. I'd recommend it for a couple of days spent exploring Assisi and the surrounding area.
