What really made our one-day stay unforgettable was Fiorella’s warm, thoughtful service. She kept in touch with everything we needed, from transport tips to ideas for things to do, and even waited for us with the room ready. From the moment we checked in, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She’s a huge asset to Vicolo, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. The place itself was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Fiorelle P made the stay especially nice. She was friendly, really helpful, and easy to reach before our trip when we had questions. We stayed at Vicolo for one night before our cruise, and the location worked well. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of supplies, snacks, water, and coffee. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

We could walk to restaurants, the train station, and the bus station from this great place. Fiorelle P was very professional and made my family and me feel comfortable. We got to chat with her during our three-day stay, and I would stay there again.

Fiorella, who manages everything, was able to sort out any problems. The guest house is in a very large apartment in a late 19th-century building, with generous rooms and ceilings over four meters high. It's right in the center, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and welcoming.

The host was such a lovely person, friendly and extremely helpful. The location was ideal for my business trip, close to the center and all the amenities I needed. I'll definitely come back.
