Scirocco Rooms is an ideal stop for a night or two before a cruise. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station and six minutes from the cruise ship bus terminal. Across the street there's a modern self-serve laundromat, and a bank, shops, a coffee shop and many restaurants are nearby. The building felt safe. Paolo made check-in easy and suggested good places to eat and the simplest way to reach the cruise terminal. The room was large, modern, well equipped, spotless, quiet and comfortable, with a comfortable bed, a big window and a nice view. There were lots of amenities and the bathroom had a great shower. I highly recommend it.

Paolo arranged our transfer from the Rome Airport and met us when we arrived. His communication had been excellent from the start, and his restaurant tips were spot on. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the location was hard to beat, with everything close by, including the walk to the free port shuttle. You can tell Paolo cares about the property and whether guests are enjoying themselves. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. It's a real gem. Thank you, Paolo, you're the best!

Paolo clearly cares and was more than accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and he arranged our trip from the airport to the hotel as well as the ride from the hotel to the cruise port. It's also in a great spot for downtown. I'd definitely recommend Paolo and his hotel.

The room was spacious and well appointed, and Paolo went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, steps from the sea and the pedestrian streets in the city center, with an easy walk to the cruise port. Highly recommended whether you're visiting the area for a holiday or in town for a cruise.

Paolo went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He carried our bags, helped with directions, shared restaurant tips and introduced us to local friends. He's a really personable host, and we even share the same birthday! I highly recommend Scirocco Rooms. I'll definitely stay again.
