We paid €120 directly to the property for two nights, not including tourist tax, from Friday, October 14th to Sunday, October 16th. It was a very clean place, and the owners were helpful and gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived a little late. Breakfast was sweet, with cakes and pastries the owner had made. It’s a great location for visiting the Eurochocolate fair, Assisi, and Perugia.

We could get into the city easily thanks to the owner’s directions. He was very kind and helpful. The room had everything we needed, including air conditioning, and was comfortable. The property is in a peaceful area with parking, which worked well for visiting Assisi and the surrounding area.

Assisi is only a 5-minute drive away, and the location also worked well for other places of interest. We stayed two days and were very pleased with the courtesy, top-notch cleanliness, and excellent breakfast, including pastries made by Mrs. Tiziana. Highly recommended.

We had such a good two-day stay. Cleanliness really is the watchword here, which mattered a lot with our two little girls. We didn’t have to worry about what they touched. Breakfast was great, and the place was peaceful too. We’ll definitely come back!

The owners were friendly, the rooms spotless, and breakfast was excellent. It’s great value for money, with Assisi just a 5-minute drive away and other Umbrian towns within easy reach.
