The meals were delicious, both dinner and breakfast, and the hosts were very nice. The rooms are basic but have enough, and the service comes at a very good price. I think it's the best value in the Assisi area. I'll definitely come back.

Erika and her family looked after us so well, with thoughtful attention and delicious, authentic food. We had a wonderful stay. The location is also very convenient, with the best places to visit, especially Assisi, only a few minutes away.

What made us feel at home right away was how warmly the owners greeted us, smiling as if we were old friends. They were also happy to share tips and information about places to visit in the area. The hotel is clean and tidy, with welcoming, comfortable rooms, and it's only minutes from Assisi. Breakfast was generous and excellent, especially the delicious homemade cakes. We'd recommend it to anyone who likes a simple, family-friendly atmosphere with kind, respectful relationships. We'll definitely return.

The room had a few flaws, but it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is welcoming, the owners and staff are excellent, dinner was good, and breakfast was excellent.
