What made our stay so enjoyable was how warm and professional the staff were. They were available whenever we needed help, even in the middle of the night, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The room was kept immaculate, cleaned each day with fresh towels. I had a wonderful experience here and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, worry-free stay in Rome.

I’ve never written a review before, but this hotel pushed me to do it. The bed was the most uncomfortable ever, the blankets were awful, and everyone was rude, including the maids, who gave us attitude. The bathroom was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. There was no shower curtain, and you had to hold the shower head while washing. It was expensive too. They kept our passports as collateral and didn’t return them, so we had to travel 200 miles back to get them. I’ve stayed in better hostels than this “hotel.” STAY AWAY.

The Basilica is an easy walk from here, and the parking area is very close.

Really cute place in an amazing spot. There’s no A/C before June, but opening the window should do the trick!

The location is excellent, though the furniture is old and there were cleaning issues. It’s a very simple hotel.
