This is a monastery guesthouse, not a place for tourist visits. It’s a very nice place to stay, with great hospitality from friendly, helpful people. The Church of Carlo Acutis is very close.

The food was outstanding, and I appreciated having my own table instead of being expected to sit with strangers. I spent a week here on a private monastery retreat, and it suited me perfectly. The staff were helpful and the accommodations excellent. My only “negative” was the chill: the heat came on just twice a day, for two hours each time.
The nuns are so hospitable and kind. I wish my Italian were fluent enough to have a proper conversation with them. Mother Cecilia is a wise, wonderful woman, and I really love her. They explained that they picture each guest as Jesus, and welcome everyone with the same hospitality they would show him.
A peaceful place to stay, though it could use some updating and better facilities.
The bedrooms have spectacular views, and you can walk to everything you’d want to see in Assissi. My room was clean and spacious, and the meals were healthy and much less expensive than at other places in town. I also enjoyed meeting the other travellers. The Benedictine nuns and their staff were so friendly and gave great service. I stayed a couple of months ago and would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Assissi.
