Marcello was welcoming and happy to help. The apartments are lovely and roomy, set among the greenery of Umbria, and they’d work well for families with kids. Assisi is only ten minutes away.

We rented a small house and it was very clean. The owner speaks English. It’s close to Assisi, though you do need a car.
