That huge balcony was the real treat, with a spectacular view of Assisi and the town. We loved having dinner there in the evenings. The apartment was modern, lovely, practical, and had every comfort we needed. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious, and I especially liked the bathtub for relaxing and the bathroom window. Claudia, the owner, was kind, helpful, and always available, and even welcomed us with a delicious cake. It’s a good base for nearby towns such as Perugia, Spello, Rasiglia, and Spoleto. We had a fabulous stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Everything was very clean, well maintained, and fully equipped, and the location was excellent. Mrs. Claudia was kind and helpful. Great value for money. Highly recommended, and I’d gladly return.

We had such a lovely time that we plan to come back every year. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, newly furnished, and laid out well. The owner’s warmth and kindness really charmed us. Breakfast on the balcony with a view of Assisi was a pleasure. The location is convenient: Assisi is walkable, the Tugurio Sanctuary is only 100 meters away, and there’s a supermarket nearby. I highly recommend it.
