Francesco was available around the clock and couldn't have been more helpful. The fridge was stocked with local drinks and free water, and flowers added a lovely touch to the gardens. From arrival to departure, everything was spotless and carefully thought through. The modern apartments are beautiful and have what a solo traveller or small family needs. I felt very safe here, and can't think of a better place to stay in Italy. Francesco knows the area well, so ask him about it, and be sure to try the local restaurants. I'd love to come back. Thank you for everything.

We ended up adding three nights to our original four because we loved the place so much. Francesco and Anna are wonderful hosts, and we really felt at home. The quiet surroundings made us want to stay longer and experience everyday life in Asti. The city centre is about a five-minute walk away. The apartment is well maintained, with a kitchen, washer-dryer, iron, and everything else we needed. There’s a patio and a lovely garden for sitting with coffee, working, or taking a stroll. Francesco is easy to reach and answers questions readily. The welcome felt thoughtful, from the smooth self check-in and the house upkeep to the guidebook with information on Asti and nearby places. There were also wine bottles and a booklet about winemaking. We’d happily return. Thank you, Anna and Francesco, and all the best!

A slow four-minute walk gets you to the train station, and the city centre takes about eight minutes on foot. The apartments are really cute and clean, with all the essentials plus a few extras. The prices are fair, and management is kind and quick to respond. Asti itself is a jewel, and I can't think of a better place to stay in the area. Warmly recommended!

The hosts are very welcoming, and the new apartments are clean and nicely furnished. They're close to the city centre. Recommended!
