Dinner and breakfast at La Gregoriana were just what we needed after trekking in the rain. For an extra 7 euros, dinner could be added to the room, and there was plenty of fresh food and vegetables. The volunteers were friendly, and we even got table wine. The beds were comfortable and the hot shower felt great. We'd arrived exhausted after our trek and had been told there were no rooms left, following a mix-up with the booking email. We'd heard an OK on the phone, though, and came over even without an email reply. Just as we were wondering what to do, Natascia came back and said she'd managed to find us a room for one night. When she found out our group had been split in two, she gave us advice and helped call the huts to ask about conditions on the Via Ferratas and Alta 5 trails. Snow slowed us down, and after a night at Mussati we had to turn back. Natascia texted to check that we were OK. We returned to the hotel to say goodbye and she welcomed us warmly. We won't forget you, Natascia! 😂

By the time I reached the valley that evening, all the hotels were full. I'd had to descend from forcella froppa to Palus San Marco late in the afternoon because of technical trouble and falling rocks. The manager here was kind enough to offer me a room and something to eat. Such warm staff, and a lovely place to stop by.

I was here with the medical service team for the 2026 Olympics competitions. Marco and the whole staff did a great job, and the food was excellent. The rooms were clean and kept spotless. I can only recommend them. Congratulations!

The owners are putting a lot of effort into making stays relaxing and enjoyable. The property itself is dated and has recently changed management. Renovations are in progress, though it's still usable.
