Chalet Mirabell

I’ve stayed at Chalet Mirabell twice now, and I really love this hotel. The scenery is breathtaking, the property is stunning, and there are several different pools to choose from. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They arranged a specific package for the dates I wanted, which made things especially convenient. I also enjoyed the daily included activities, like yoga and workout classes, which gave the stay a nice balance. I booked 3/4 board, with breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner. There was a good variety of food, and it was consistently delicious. Since I don’t eat pork, I appreciated having other options. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and waking up to those views is unforgettable. One thing that could be better is the beverage policy. With the premium price and 3/4 board included, it would make sense for water and non-alcoholic drinks to be complimentary. It’s a little disappointing that they aren’t. Still, the setting, service, rooms, and food made for an amazing stay. I’d return without hesitation and highly recommend Chalet Mirabell to anyone looking for a luxurious, memorable visit.

The food was a real highlight, with quality ingredients, lovely presentation, and consistently good flavors. I also loved how the staff treated us. From the warm, polished welcome at reception to the attentive, professional service throughout, everyone was kind and smiling, and it felt like genuine hospitality. The spa is calm and thoughtfully put together, and the kids club has plenty to keep children busy while parents enjoy their own time. Chalet Mirabell itself feels both elegant and welcoming, and the design is beautiful. I came away wanting to return, try more of the lovely suites, and spend time again in what already feels like a second home.

We had such a great time at chalet mirabell. The food and wine were wonderful, and the spa was so relaxing. The place is beautiful, and the staff were thoughtful and attentive the whole time. We have nothing but good things to say and will definitely be back.

Greta at the Spa Reception was especially friendly and helped us feel at ease. We came with a friend for a day at the spa, and it has been one of our best spa experiences so far. The facilities were spotless and well cared for, with lots of places to sit back and relax. The afternoon sauna activities were a highlight, and the staff in general were welcoming. It felt well worth the money, and I'd happily recommend it.
