The central location was convenient, and the apartment was clean. But no one had told us it was on the third floor with no elevator, and we only met the owner on the last day. There was little kitchen equipment or counter space, and nowhere to store luggage in the bedrooms. The shower curtain was too short, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor. Mrs. Elisa was a wonderful host, kind, friendly, and helpful. She did her best to meet our needs, even at short notice, and helped us through a few emergencies. We had a lovely time with them and couldn't have asked for better. The house is newly renovated and cozy, just steps from Avola's main square. It has TVs in both bedrooms, air conditioning, a nice rooftop terrace, a washing machine, iron, drying racks, and hairdryer. Really well equipped.

Aunt Nina's apartment is brand new, and there's always free parking right in front of the house. Great location too.

Elisa and her husband were incredibly welcoming and available. The apartments are very new, and the location is a great base for Avola. Highly recommended.

Clean and quiet, with large, spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The kitchen has all the appliances, including a washing machine. Great location just steps from the center, and highly recommended.
