The property was rude to customers and not trustworthy. I booked through Booking in February 2023 for €390. Four months later, the manager contacted me to say I had to pay tourist tax of €1.50 per person for our family. Booking.com told me after I reported it that nothing was due because the tax had not been mentioned when I booked. The manager then messaged me through another operator insisting I had to pay it. When I called Booking.com again, they said the property had to provide an invoice. After I asked for one, the manager threatened me, saying that if it wasn't convenient, I could stay home and cancel the booking. Today Booking.com informed me that the original price was wrong for the dates and that I would owe €700 plus the tourist tax. One star is already too much given the manager's rude, impolite behavior.
