We were really happy with this place. The two-bedroom apartment is on the first floor, modern, spacious, and spotless. The neighborhood is quiet, and a nice beach with a café is less than a five-minute walk away. In early July, the balcony caught a lovely sea breeze, so even a full meal felt comfortable in the low 30s. It may cost a little more than some other places in the area, but I felt it was worth it.

We were a family of four, two adults and two kids, and this roomy first-floor apartment in a newer building suited us perfectly. It had two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open kitchen and dining area with a small sofa. The beach is about 300 metres away on foot, and Giancarlo lent us two beach chairs and an umbrella, which came in handy. He was friendly when we arrived and shared useful ideas for things to see and do. The area felt quiet and safe, with free street parking. We did need to drive for groceries, since there isn't a shop within walking distance.

Giancarlo was attentive and helped us plan our holiday, with good suggestions for lunch and breakfast if you want them. The apartment was modern, very clean, and had all the essentials to cook and feel at home, including a modern kitchen and a BBQ on the terrace. It's near the beach and not far from the center of Avola, with private parking. Bikes are available to rent, and they're a great way to explore Noto or the surrounding area in the lovely weather.
