Villa Teocrito

We travelled by catamaran and car, and found Avola a nice place to stay. The villa was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location worked really well, close to the beach and town centre but quiet, with no noise disturbing us. I highly recommend it! MALTA

We spent a lovely, restful break at Villa Teocrito and would happily come back. The apartment is only a five-minute walk from the sea, with large grocery stores nearby, and it worked well as a base for Avola, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, and Syracuse. Paolo was warm and attentive, sharing useful places to eat, shop, and visit. We were welcomed with wine and breakfast sets, and the two friendly dogs made the stay even nicer. The apartments are well equipped, clean, comfortable, and beautifully finished. The pool and garden are superb, and the whole place is peaceful and cozy.

The pool area is fantastic for kids and adults, and the owners are ready to help with anything. The house is lovely and has everything you need. It's peaceful here, but still close to plenty of local attractions. We had a great time and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful week in Avola and the surrounding area, and the quiet setting made it easy to relax. The sea and area are lovely to visit, and there's parking inside the property. Our beds were very comfortable, the rooms had air conditioning, and we had the pool to ourselves. It was clean and beautiful. The house looked just like the pictures, was spotless on arrival, and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. Paolo was very kind and explained where to go. He also provided milk, pasta, jam, coffee, wine, shower gel, towels for the pool and beach, and breakfast supplies for the first day, maybe even more. We'll definitely be back.
