The owners are so kind, and the residence is really nice. Spotlessly clean and perfectly placed for the ski slopes. Congratulations!

The room was clean and the place itself is nice, but check-in was a really frustrating experience. We had booked directly, paid the requested €101 deposit toward a total of about €360 for two nights, and told them we'd arrive around 7:00 PM. Nobody had said we needed a credit card at check-in. When we arrived, a rather grumpy woman asked for our details and a card, then said the full room had to be paid for at check-in. That's never happened to me before, especially when the hotel already had my details and deposit. Why assume we'd run off? We said we could pay by debit card. They said that was fine, but we'd have to wait for the son-in-law to come and take payment by POS. While we waited, I politely asked if we could bring our bags up to the room. The reply was rude: absolutely not, we couldn't check in without paying. After a long journey, our bags were left at reception and we were late for our evening appointment because we weren't allowed to leave them in the room, even though we'd paid a deposit and left our documents at reception. It felt surreal. A bit more kindness and flexibility would have made all the difference, especially in this area.

Daily housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels every day, and the rooms are very well kept. A few amenities might be needed for a longer stay like ours. The one real drawback was having no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We spent two nights here, in a peaceful, quiet spot a few kilometers from Champoluc. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the temperature was just right, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. There was covered parking, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We recommend it.
