The pool is really nice, and the breakfast was tasty. The kitchen staff did a good job. The rooms are laid out well and have a nice view of the pool and sea, but they were very dirty and the bathroom smelled bad. The doors didn’t work properly, as if the floor had swollen or risen. That’s not what I expect from a 4-star hotel. The main problem was the service. It was terrible, like the people running the place either didn’t know how or weren’t there, and the staff didn’t care. The hotel is new and modern, with potential, but it feels completely disorganized. The gym is a plus, though it’s already starting to rust and nobody seems interested in it. The parking is useless. People park wherever they like, with no control, and reception ignored it. I politely asked if someone could ask guests to park more neatly. They said they would, but nothing changed, and parking by the street seemed the best option. My rental car was fully insured, so I could consider that, but I’d have been upset if I’d brought my own car. This doesn’t meet 4-star standards.

Viviana and Giovanni made us feel at ease so we could enjoy the surroundings. We loved the pool and the sea views, and our room was clean and spacious, with a terrace overlooking the sea. Breakfast was simple but nice. The lady serving it was a little rude. She’s young, and I think she needs to work hard to improve. My partner and I can’t say enough good things about the place, and we’ll definitely return.

The staff were nice, and the hotel is new and modern, with a cool, large pool. But the experience was poor for a 4-star hotel, and I don’t recommend it. The parking is tiny, with room for only four cars. Breakfast is included, but it’s just bread, butter, and a few croissants. Eggs cost an extra 5 euros per person, per day. Some fruit is available, but a banana costs 1 euro. There’s no water or coffee in the room, and when I asked for water, I found out it wasn’t free. We paid 600 euros for three nights and shouldn’t have to pay extra for every small thing. It ruins the stay. The pool is only open from 10 to 13 and 15 to 19. Why have one if you can barely use it? Check-in is at 15:30 and checkout at 10. When we asked to leave around 11, they told us to clear the room at 10 because another check-in was coming then. I thought check-in was at 15:30? There are other hotels with big pools and a better experience. This place doesn’t deserve 4 stars.

The hotel is new, modern, and very clean, with a good location and lots of good restaurants nearby. Still, I wouldn’t call it a 4-star place. Five days before our arrival, they emailed to say breakfast was continental, and adding cheese, ham, eggs, and so on would cost 5 euros per person. That should have been clear before booking, not just five days ahead. The continental breakfast was basic: cheap toast, a few jams, chocolate spread, some sweet pastries, yoghurt, milk, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice. After a few days, we’d had enough. Beach towels were supplied for the stay, but swapping one for a fresh towel cost 5 euros. The shampoo and shower gel weren’t topped up at all during our six nights. The pool was great, but it had set opening times and a two-hour lunch break. There’s a Jacuzzi, too, but you have to pay to use it. It would be nice to have an iron and kettle in the room. I’d return if nothing better were available in this price range, but it’s definitely not a 4-star hotel.
