La Locanda Del Mare

A nice place.

The location is the main draw for me. The beach is very close, and the place is easy to reach from the road. It’s a small, single-story facility in a pine forest, with clean sand and plenty of space between the spots. Its size feels right for the number of accommodations, and it’s accessible for wheelchair users and people with mobility issues. The staff are friendly and helpful, though to varying degrees. Breakfast gets a bit repetitive, but it’s fine for a few days’ holiday. Sadly, the place isn’t maintained well, despite having a lot of potential. There’s little care with the details or cleaning, and the door handle kept coming loose, along with various other small and larger faults. I’d still recommend it for the location.

The beach setup was really convenient, just steps from the sea, with a spotless beach and umbrellas spaced well apart. It’s a quiet place for anyone wanting to relax, and the location is excellent, only minutes from Agropoli and Paestum. The rooms are comfortable, though a few little extras would make them five-star. Every staff member, from the bar to the cleaning team, was kind and always available. See you next year 💯🌞🌊

Francesca, Loretta and Gerardina welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home, like family. Their kindness and willingness to help made the stay unforgettable. We also really enjoyed the food, from the rich, delicious breakfast to the excellent lunch. The property is charming and carefully maintained, with a clean, well-kept beach where you can enjoy the sea peacefully. For a genuinely relaxing break, Locanda di Mare Paestum was a wonderful choice. I highly recommend it.
