There were ants everywhere in Building 900, on the floor, bed, pillows, even inside closed food bags. Sleeping there meant ants on your face and body, a “wonderful” experience. The hotel representatives just said it was normal and they couldn’t do anything. At checkout, you have to clean the apartment or they won’t release your deposit. Bring your own toilet paper and towels too. They didn’t change the towels for 12 days.

From the hillside, our apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies, with a lovely view across the area from Badesi to Valledoria. The complex also has a pool, a bar for coffee and cocktails, and a restaurant where the food was tasty. The place feels like it hasn't been updated in years, but the living conditions and facilities were decent, and the people we dealt with did a good job. Service is why I gave it only one star. This is the only hotel I've stayed at that charged extra for bed linen, and you have to buy bathroom accessories yourself at the supermarket. They also hold €100 in cash when you arrive, though they return it when you leave. It feels like a practice left over from the 1990s, when the resort was probably built. We asked for an invoice and got put off with explanations for three days, then had to leave without one 😁 It's an average resort that could use a major renovation and more modern management.

The pool is great, and the staff are nice. The apartments and surroundings are good too, though the place could use a bit more attention to detail and better soundproofing.
