The mountain views were lovely, and dogs were welcome and greeted warmly. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the owners were friendly, helpful, and upbeat. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, especially the fresh scrambled eggs, which were delicious. In the afternoon, we could head down to the bar for coffee, tea, or an alcoholic drink. It felt like home, and we hope to come back.

The Bernardi family made sure we had a wonderful stay, and breakfast was delicious and indulgent. We were there in summer, and having two chair lifts within an easy walk made it simple to get up the mountains for day hikes. Ciasa Montanara also has a beautiful property and comfortable, well-kept rooms, with 360-degree views of some of the most beautiful mountains on earth. My family of four had a fantastic stay in this amazing setting. It’s reasonably priced, too. If you’re staying in La Villa, I’d book here.
