We used the hotel as a base for a week of daily bike rides, and its location worked really well for us even though some key passes were closed. We could sort out last-minute bike fixes in the bike and ski room, which has tools, and the staff were very accommodating about our extra portions, late dinner arrival, and dietary needs. My lactose-intolerant friend said those were the best meals of her life. The front desk team were incredibly helpful. The food was excellent, and the pool and spa were spotless and well equipped. The heated outdoor pool had a beautiful view. It was our first time using a wellness hotel as a base for an extended hiking or biking holiday, and we’d certainly consider coming back.

The alpine decor feels modern, and the location is convenient. I loved the food and the smiling staff too. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Dolomites. We’ll be back for sure.

The food was excellent, and the view was amazing. I especially loved the spa: it’s beautifully designed and very well looked after. The sauna sessions were a good experience, and the pool was just right. Service was immaculate.

I went in June and had a room with a mountain view. The scenery was stunning, and the wood scent throughout the hotel made it feel really relaxing. Just be ready for a rough drive on the rugged road up. Parking is in an underground garage. The outdoor pool opens at 8 AM. The sauna is mixed-gender, with adults-only access from 3 PM, and it’s a lovely wellness experience if you enjoy saunas. Afterwards, the relaxation area has water beds, swing beds, private beds, and infrared chairs. There’s no salad choice at breakfast, though. Free programs are offered on different days of the week.

We were there for three nights with our family. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and if your stay happens to include dessert buffet night, it’s extraordinary. The property is beautifully built, spotlessly clean, and the service, especially in the dining room, was fantastic.
