Hotel Centrale

The room I got was unexpectedly beautiful and lovely. The cleaner I met was especially nice, smart, and good at her job. She spoke English and was able to help me, since I find Italian really difficult. I enjoyed my whole stay. The service was great, the food and drinks were delicious, the staff were professional, and the location was beautiful.

The only inconvenience was that our room was in the second building, so we had to cross the square to get breakfast, though it was a quick walk. The place is right in the center of Bagheria, with everything close by. We loved it, and the service was great, with polite staff.

We stayed at your property for three nights, but the experience fell short of what we expected. The room was cold, and the shower water would suddenly turn cold too, which took away from the comfort we hoped for. For a place meant for relaxation, we expected a welcoming, attentive service. We wouldn't come back, and we can't recommend it to others.

I wish we'd had more time here. The staff were friendly and so helpful, and breakfast each day was delicious and very generous. Our room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The restaurant was excellent too, and the food was delicious. Nothing to complain about, we loved our stay.
