La Ninfa Hotel

I planned to stay for a day and ended up there for a week. That says a lot about how special this place is. The view over the river is incredible, the decor is superb, and the charming rooms are comfortable and spotless. The restaurant is worth stopping for on its own. The staff did so much to make my visit lovely, and Alessandro is an absolute treasure. I can’t find enough words for this gem in Bagni di Lucca. I’d happily have stayed another month. Thank you, La Ninfa, for a glorious holiday!

I’m already dreaming of coming back. This was easily the best part of my whole trip to Italy. Alessandro was so thoughtful about our schedule, going out of his way to wait for us at breakfast and lock up late in the evening. The space was immaculate, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with a thoughtful design and a welcoming, luxurious feel. All the personal touches and care made the stay an experience I won’t forget.

The building’s history comes through, and it has been carefully restored and enhanced. Add the lovely setting overlooking the Torrente, friendly and helpful staff, and fine dining with perfect aperitivos, and it makes for a memorable visit or stay. La Ninfa must be in the running for one of Tuscany’s best hotels. I can’t fault it. We can’t wait to return to Ponte a Serraglio and our favourite hotel. Clare and Steve. That room with a view was well worth it. We had three lovely nights at La Ninfa Hotel, with a modern, very clean room, delicious food, and lots of thoughtful touches. The staff were helpful and accommodating all the way through.
