La Fattoria dell'Autosufficienza

The food was a real highlight: excellent, healthy, tasty, and varied, with thoughtful options for different needs like vegan or gluten-free. Service was incredibly kind and attentive, and the rooms and shared spaces were well cared for. The eco-friendly design felt thoughtful and simple, never overdone. I spent Easter here with a friend on a simple full-board break with a few organized activities, and it went beyond my already high expectations. There was a great energy in the place and among the staff, and we had a lovely time. We enjoyed yoga, trekking, hands-on cooking with the legendary azdora Franca, a guided tour with founder Francesco Rosso, and extra consultations with helpful professionals. Excellent!

This is a special place to reconnect with yourself, surrounded by nature and its rhythms. The staff are incredibly welcoming and ready to help with every need. The food is wholesome, full of life, and truly delicious. The course instructors know their subjects and have an enthusiasm that rubs off on you. They share real knowledge and ideas that point toward a better future for everyone 🙏

The frogs, toads, newts and water lilies, the stream and spring water, the woods and landscape, the sauna and bio-pool, the architecture, the scents in the air, all the beauty and the atmosphere: I loved it all. The people, hospitality, food, care for the place, and the ideas and choices behind the project made it feel wonderful. I would love to live there and contribute. My son has already asked when we'll return, and I'm thinking about booking again. Thank you! 🙏

Book ahead. I went for pizza night, and the pizzas were special, imaginative and healthy, with a huge range of different kinds to choose from. The place feels like a little world of its own, reached through an almost surreal entrance, and it's clearly well managed and cared for. There's creative DIY art tucked into all sorts of corners, with an evocative, eclectic, spiritual feel. Nature, color, fresh air, water and scents everywhere.
