The owners were rude. I cancelled four days ahead instead of five, so I missed Booking.com's standard free cancellation. I'd also asked to postpone the stay, but they wouldn't allow it and kept the money. They contacted Booking.com to mediate, but the call center woman swore at me and used racist insults.

We stayed five nights in a gorgeous room that was all new and clean. The host was kind and helpful, even suggesting places to see. Parking was available nearby. Civita is walkable, and the location also works well for visiting Bolsena, Orvieto, Rome, about 1.5 hours away, and Terme di Saturnia, about an hour away. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place in Bagnoregio's historic center. The owner welcomed us so kindly, and the room was beautiful: spacious, intimate, nicely furnished, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped for a stay. We'll definitely be back 💯😄
