We weren't guests here, but stopped in for dinner after another local restaurant rudely turned us away. We were hungry and looking for local specialties when we came across Hotel Ristorante Romantica Pucci on the walk back to our Airbnb. At first we were the only diners, yet the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, as if they'd been expecting us. The food arrived fresh and quickly. The pasta dishes were excellent, with a generous amount of meat, which we hadn't often found in Italy. Prices were reasonable, too, and we left full and feeling our faith in Bagnoregio's hospitality had been restored.

The food was unusual and excellent, and they prepare every tartufo nero dish perfectly. Our waitress was gracious, friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke good English. The wine list was fabulous as well. I wish we had been staying here, and when we return, this will be our choice for lodging. Highly recommended.

The prices felt very reasonable, and the boar stew and pistachio gnocchi were both absolutely delicious. We spent two weeks in Italy and, unexpectedly, this ended up being our favorite place.

Being able to walk to Civita was the biggest plus. The staff were very nice, and one of them spoke English. I was on the third floor, where there was no Wi-Fi, and the room itself was only decent. They gave me a free parking permit. I arrived after 7 pm, when the ZTL had already opened. We also ate at the restaurant, which seemed quite popular. The food was okay and not expensive.

The waitress heard that we were vegetarian and made sure our starter platter was adjusted for us. The options were delicious, and the service was friendly.
