Villa Delia

The view from the conservatory and roof terrace is incredible, and the sunset photos really are unedited. The property has loads of room, gardens at the front and back, a terrace outside the conservatory, and gated parking. There’s a huge grill too, big enough for a football team 😂. Mr. Delia welcomed us warmly again, just as he did on our previous stays in 2019 and 2022. We were greeted with red wine, a very good Merlot, and authentic Sicilian almond pastries. The house is in great shape, with three bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, a conservatory, and a bathroom with a shower. There’s another shower in the extension, along with a second kitchen and a washing machine tucked into a small alcove. The bedroom has air conditioning. Satellite TV is there for anyone who wants it, though we’d rather enjoy everything else on offer 😅.

It’s bright and pleasant, but the location feels rather isolated, far from both the sea and supermarkets. You need a car to get around. The air conditioning could be better, and a couple more beds would help. The road for cars should also be a bit wider.

The villa is detached and fully fenced, with plenty of space, private parking, and a wide sea view. It has everything you need.

The house looks even better in person than in the description, and the views are great. The owner was very helpful. Highly recommended.
