The reception team, especially the women, were consistently friendly and cordial. That’s why we gave the stay two stars rather than one, even though we found several things disappointing. Our room felt dated, the shower pressure was poor, and the WiFi was unreliable. Housekeeping accidentally dropped our clothes on the floor and left them there. We also used the laundry service, but got our clothes back wet. We reported it at 4 pm and were told to wait until midnight for them to be redone. Some pieces were still damp when they came back. The amenities felt quite commercialised, too. There was an extra charge for the sauna, a towel rental for the pool, and even a €3 fee to buy a map. Those costs were unexpected during a hotel stay.

We’ll definitely stay here again. The location is ideal for the kids’ ski slope, with the ski lift just a stone’s throw away, in a stunning part of the world. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms are simple but comfortable, breakfast is adequate, and the half-board dinner menu is abundant.

We turned up as five people without a reservation, and rooms were ready quickly. They were spacious and good value, with excellent service from friendly staff. When one of our motorbikes broke down, they even called a towing company for us. Thanks!

The balcony has an incredible view of the mountains, and this was our favorite place to stay on our Dolomites road trip. It’s a little off the beaten path, but well worth it. For a reasonably priced one-night stay, we were surprised by how nice everything was. The interior, from the bar and dining room to the hallways and bedrooms, seemed recently renovated. It felt very clean, almost luxurious. There’s a bar and restaurant, and the pizzeria meal is included with the B&B stay. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices and a nicer coffee machine for lattes and similar drinks. The staff were kind and helpful. Shoutout to the bar lady who filled our water bottles with ice water, you rock. A perfect stop for travelers passing through.
