We spent five days here in August 2025. It’s a beautiful place in peaceful surroundings. The apartment is on the third floor, with views of the lake at the front and a vineyard, but be aware there’s no lift. The secure car park has just one space per apartment, and it’s a tight fit. You can also use the pool and facilities at Arca, a short walk down the hill, with lake views there too. There’s a lovely restaurant at Arca and the staff are great. Bardolino is about a 25-minute walk or a five-minute drive away, and Garda Town is around 10 minutes away by car.

The view is superb, and it’s completely quiet, a really lovely place. The complex is beautiful and the apartments are generally well equipped. The bathroom has hardly anywhere to hang towels or put things, and there’s the same lack of storage in the bedroom.

Lovely view of Lake Garda, a clean pool, and delicious coffee. The service was very friendly too. Great place!
