The owner was kind and the flat was good in general. With two bedrooms but just one air conditioner for the whole place, we had to keep the bedroom doors open at night. The furniture is a bit old.

A beautiful area to explore.

The island is well connected and near places of interest. Giuseppe, who looked after us, was very friendly and spoke French. The owner lives in the apartment and provides a bedroom with a private bathroom, but having her there didn’t make us feel especially comfortable. The furniture is quite old, and some things listed on Booking.com, including breakfast and kitchen access, weren’t available.

We had a peaceful, quiet room with good soundproofing. Although it’s part of an apartment, our room and its private bathroom and toilet were screened off from the rest by a partition and door, so it was just us and the hosts. The location was convenient, about a 5-7-minute walk to the vaporetto stop, then 1-2 stops to Venice’s center. The hosts were welcoming, and the cats were adorable. Everything was great.

The owners were courteous and helpful, and their two gorgeous cats were lovely company. Our room in the charming apartment was beautiful and comfortable, though very warm. The only drawback during our short stay was hearing two very amorous people in the apartment upstairs, outside the B&B.
