The terrace was a lovely spot for dinner, with spectacular sunsets. The apartment sits among Bardolino's vineyards and olive trees, in a rural setting, but Lake Garda is only about 1 km away at quiet Cisano, and lively Bardolino is 2 km away. The place is modern, comfortable, well equipped, and very clean. Lake Garda makes a great holiday base, with time to relax as well as plenty to do, especially watersports and hill walks.

Great place to bring a dog.

The balcony was a lovely place to sit in the sun through sunset, looking out across vineyards and mountains. The apartment is in a peaceful spot, away from noisy tourists and parties, but still well placed for day trips. It's spacious inside and very clean, with mosquito nets on every window, beds made up in fresh linen, and air conditioning that works well. It's unusually well stocked. Towels, a washing machine, shampoo, dish soap, herbs, olive oil, and just about everything else we needed were there. The owner's sister-in-law lives downstairs and gave us such a warm welcome. She's friendly, helpful, and lovely with children. A small thing to consider with very young children who crawl: there's no safety gate on the balcony. We found you could block it with the sun lounger. A car is handy if you don't want long walks, and parking is free right by the door. A fantastic place to stay.

Such a beautiful, quiet place, though you can't see the lake from here. Bardolino is about a 45-minute walk away. Cycling makes more sense than driving, since parking there is hard to find.
