The staff greeted us warmly and were friendly. The Garden Superior room, though, was very basic and noisy. Guests outside made noise through the day, then carried on drinking and playing table tennis until around 3 am. I could also hear people in the room above whenever they used the toilet. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The pool area was good, with plenty of sun loungers, and there’s a decent amount of outdoor space. We had a spacious family suite made up of two connected rooms. The whole place feels well run, with clean rooms, a relaxed atmosphere and lovely breakfasts, especially the homemade cakes.

For a 3-star hotel, this is really good. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works well, and there’s a cosy garden. It’s also close to a supermarket. Breakfast is generous and good. Lunch could be better, and the pool felt a bit warm.

8/10
A supermarket is only a few steps away, and Lake Garda is easy to get to from here. We had a friendly, welcoming stay in a fairly modern, clean room. The beds were made every day, and the shower was very good.

The hotel is within walking distance of the center of Bardolino, which is a plus. But it sits by a very busy main road, and the car park didn’t have enough spaces. I had to leave my car in the middle section and block other cars, which I wasn’t comfortable with. The room was okay, nothing special. At the same price range, Ca Mura disappointed compared with the hotel we’d stayed at on Lake Como.
