The location, next to a supermarket, restaurants, and train stations, was the only good part of our stay. The buffet was mediocre. At reception, the bald man showed no empathy when we struggled up the stairs with two huge suitcases because there was no lift from ground level. Once we got there, instead of welcoming us, he reprimanded me twice for not closing the door behind us. Another man had the audacity to ask if we were from CHINA, rather than asking where we were from. Not every Asian-looking person is from China. Our money could have been spent at a better hotel with friendlier staff. Love from Singapore.

The staff were kind, friendly, and professional, and I came away with a positive impression. Services like room cleaning and breakfast were good, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is very convenient, right next to Santa Lucia train station in Venice. My single room was very small, maybe about 7 m2, and initially felt a bit claustrophobic. Still, it was a decent stay overall.

The best thing about this reasonably priced budget Hotel is its location. It's a two-minute walk from the train station and water-bus terminal, and five minutes from the main bus stand. The rooms are tiny but neat and clean, and the staff are helpful. Strongly recommended.

I liked the atmosphere of the centuries-old building. This subtly classy hotel was a few years ago, and had a great location not far from the Venice train station. Service was good, the room was fine, and the towels were nice. The continental breakfast was great, especially the fresh fruit and bread.
