Oleandro Holiday Apartments

New, clean, and with great views. Just the best.

Our luggage was stolen after someone smashed a window of our car in the parking lot at Residence Mondragon, right in front of reception. We were there for around 10 minutes to check in and collect the keys for Oleandro Holiday Apartment. The gate to Residence Mondragon was standing wide open, so people could get in without authorization. I believe that may have allowed the theft to happen. The hotel gave us the police phone number only after I asked. One employee was very kind and helpful, and went with us to look for my stolen MacBook. That was appreciated, but management and guest services did nothing further to support us during our stay. There are no security cameras anywhere. We were extremely disappointed by how we were treated during and after the incident. We expected at least a call or some help from management, who presumably know the area and the local Carabinieri better than we do. We absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.

Cisano has a few restaurants, a small supermarket, and a newsagent, while Lazise and Bardolino are about 3 km away. Picking up the keys takes a walk of roughly 10 minutes, but that was no problem for us. The complex has seven apartments, both small and large, and wonderful views over Lake Garda. It was quiet, clean, and newly renovated in 2023. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

The apartments are lovely, and the location is peaceful.
