The staff were excellent, friendly, and always helpful. We also loved the lakeside walks, about 30 minutes to lasize and 20 minutes to Bardolino, with plenty of restaurants much closer for dinner. We booked a panoramic room, expecting the best views, but the upper floors at the front center had better ones. Our room was modern and nice, with a good bathroom and was mostly clean, though a large cobweb in the corner stayed there all week. We slept terribly the first night because it was hot on April 29th. With the balcony doors open, road noise was too much, and the church next door chimed every half hour. The AC was switched on May 1st. It didn't cool the room much, but did help with the outside noise. Breakfast was okay for us, though the selection wasn't huge: just one kind of bread, and scrambled eggs were the only hot food. There was a good fruit selection and a juicer. During the Italian BH long weekend, everywhere was extremely busy, and the drink machine had long queues. The two-slot toaster took ages too. I think more appliances would help at busy times, even a hot water dispenser.

We spent a very enjoyable week here in early August. The countryside view from our room suited us fine, even without a lake view. Breakfast was perfect, with plenty of choice for vegetarian and meat-eating guests, and the air conditioning worked really well in the hot weather. Staff were excellent, and both the location and public transport made it easy to reach all the nearby towns. Top tip, bring plenty of mosquito repellent.

The breakfast was lovely, though it got a bit repetitive. I would've liked more hot options, maybe bacon or sausages. At first we were disappointed with our room because we'd asked for a pool and lake view. They sorted it out and moved us to a balcony room overlooking both, just as we expected. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff worked hard to keep everything tidy, including the beautiful garden, flowers, and pool.

The room was more than adequate, but the kettle couldn't reach the socket beside it, so we had to move it to the other side of the room. The wall behind the table needs decorating.

The lake view over breakfast was lovely, and there are plenty of buses nearby. It’s a beautiful spot, though probably tricky for anyone with mobility issues.
