Breakfast was really satisfying, with both sweet things and savory sandwiches, and there's a good restaurant within walking distance. The pool is handy for cooling off. The price is more than fair, though you'll need a car to reach the city center.

We only stayed one night because of work, so we didn't get to use the pool. The price seemed average, and I'd recommend it for either a quick stop or a longer visit. We arrived at 1:30 a.m., after check-in time, but the owner was incredibly helpful anyway. Our room had everything we needed, including toiletries, towels, air conditioning, a TV, and an empty mini-fridge. There was also a welcome bottle of water, though unfortunately it was sparkling. It was quiet and peaceful, with plenty of respect for personal space. We hadn't thought about the morning buffet's closing time after arriving so late. Even though we came down 20 minutes late, the owner kindly brought us a croissant and cappuccino.

We booked two nights and the stay was awful from the start. A lady greeted us as if our arrival bothered her. The room wasn't clean: one towel had a yellow stain, and the sheets were marked too, perhaps with blood. When we asked her to change them, she yelled that they were already clean and accused us of making them dirty. Breakfast was another problem. Signs around the room said guests were limited to two pieces. If I've paid for the service, shouldn't I be able to choose what I want? We cancelled the second night, and as a final touch they served us an undrinkable cappuccino. We were treated terribly. Maybe after a certain age, it's time to step aside? Future guests, stay away.

The pool was excellent, and the place was peaceful and relaxing. We had a lovely two-night stay thanks in part to Mr. Michele, who was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We highly recommend it for a quiet couple of days or more.
