We were very happy with the room cleaning, the restaurant staff were lovely, and dinner service overall was good. Most dinners tasted good and we enjoyed them, though breakfast became quite repetitive. The hotel's beach is another real plus: there's a private beach and a public Blue Flag one to choose from. The water is beautiful, and it wasn't too crowded, so it was easy to relax. But our Superior Pineta room was a major disappointment. We booked directly through the hotel website in May for 10 nights at the end of August, and it didn't meet our expectations. The website photos didn't show the public road between the hotel and the pine forest by the sea. It's busy and noisy day and night. Sometimes motorcycles and scooters kept us awake, with local teenagers racing and doing moto freestyle right below our window. We were breathing exhaust fumes instead of fresh air. The room description promised a wonderful view of the sea-facing pine forest, and the photos gave us the impression there was no road in between. When we raised this, the hotel offered us a lower-category room, which we couldn't accept after paying for the more expensive one. We considered asking for a refund for the remaining nights and changing hotels, but during high season it was too difficult to find a good option without booking ahead. The hotel is also popular with bikers, so expect noise. Wi-Fi in our room was terrible, the worst hotel connection we've ever had. The beach towels provided on the first day were worn and stained. Replacing them would have cost an extra 4 euros, so buying your own is probably better. Our room was dated: the soap dispenser and bathroom light didn't work, and the bathroom door kept jamming. Those problems were fixed fairly quickly.

The staff were kind and great, and breakfast and dinner were both amazing. Our room wasn't fancy, but it was clean and everything worked. The location was great, with the sea just 50 meters from the room. Don't change your plans just because you see a 4.3 rating. The beach has tiny stones, which we actually preferred to sand, and the sea was lovely. Our six-year-old loved the beach and water. For little kids, the left side of the tower is better.

We were there as a cycling group and the hotel charged us too much. They admitted the overcharge but still refused to reimburse us. Total fraud. As a hotel, it doesn't deserve four stars. The rooms were dirty and dark, and the place is quite rundown and needs a coat or two of paint.

Hotel La Torre was a highlight of our Europe trip, and we'll always remember it. A Sardinian friend recommended it for part of our honeymoon, and the team took such good care of us from arrival onward. We got there close to midnight and had missed dinner, but they had a snack waiting. They looked after us with care every day, and our room was always clean and fresh. The grounds were in spectacular shape, full of colorful, refreshing nature. One dinner had a great live band that added to the atmosphere, and the location is lovely, with a beach right on the doorstep. Everyone on staff was amazing, especially Rita, who feels like family now. At checkout the manager helped with our bags and offered snacks for the trip back to the airport. This hotel is incredible, and anyone staying here can count on being well looked after. We can't wait to see everyone again. Lots of love from Australia!

The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the dining and bar area is lovely too. It's a very short walk to the beach, though the shore is quite stony. My room, unfortunately, was very small, especially the tiny bathroom. The shower was so cramped that getting a comfortable temperature seemed impossible, it went from boiling hot to freezing cold. There was air conditioning, which was great, but the room felt very damp since it was in the courtyard and got no sun.
