I had a very bad experience. I booked two nights, then accidentally clicked cancel instead of approve reservation a few days before my trip. I called right away to explain the mistake and ask them to undo the cancellation. They refused, saying the room had already been "occupied" just 10 minutes after I cancelled, but they kept my payment. The manager was very unpleasant and called me a liar.

The building is amazing, and there's plenty to do nearby. Many landmarks and must-see places are within walking distance. It's clean, comfortable, cozy, and on a great street to stay on. Excellent!

On June 27, 2023, we stayed here and everything was just right, from the location and amenities to the cleanliness and comfort. The concierge was welcoming, and the owner had thought of every detail and was always reachable by phone. Whenever I come back to Milan, I'll stay here again. Thank you! Filippo, Elisabetta, and Emanuela.

The apartment was clean and welcoming. One inconvenience was that we couldn't leave a small bag at the concierge for a few hours on our final day. We had to check out at 10:00 AM, and since the apartment is in a restricted traffic zone, we wanted to explore Milan a little longer. Instead, we had to go back to our car. With check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM under the contract, we effectively couldn't use the place for a full day.

We rented the loft for three nights, knowing we'd hardly be in the room. It's the smallest of three apartments, all sharing one entrance, and it looks like a large apartment that was split up. The place is cozy and clean, with what you need, including a washing machine and detergent, coffee machine, toaster, stove, and a fairly small refrigerator. They did a good job with it. Definitely worth it.
