Palazzo Segreti

The room was lovely, especially room number 5, with its two Juliette balconies. That did mean some street noise, but ear plugs took care of it. Inside, the bed was very comfortable with luxury linen, the room was well sized, and the huge bathroom had fantastic water pressure and divinely scented toiletries. It was cleaned daily, and I was always happy with the hygiene. The concierge was accommodating when we asked for extra pillows and AC. This is a particularly handy base for exploring Milan. Via Dante is just steps away, with the Duomo, Galleria, La Scala, and Castle Sforzesco only minutes off. We explored Brera and found plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed the Majestic, and Signorvino is quite fun. Breakfast is continental and served daily, with quite a few options, including some for vegetarians, though vegans may struggle. The coffee was delicious, and the café staff were friendly. The concierges were always around with advice and help beyond what you'd expect. That was especially comforting during the labour action while we were there, when their advice helped us manage the situation. 14/10 would return.

We spent 5 nights here over Christmas, my two nieces and I. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the season, with chic and tasteful decor throughout. Our spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with walk-in showers. Breakfast had lots of variety, and on our first evening we were offered fizz and canapés. There's also a bar and a lovely spot for a nightcap. The location is perfect, close to shops and attractions, about an 8 minute walk from the Duomo and the Castile. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Sabrina in particular recommended great local restaurants and arranged taxis for us. Palazzo Segreti made for a memorable stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The location is simply fabulous, just off Dante in a dead-end street next to great shopping areas, between the Castle and the Duomo and theater. The staff at this boutique hotel were excellent, friendly, and always helpful.
