The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was clean, nicely furnished, and well cared for. I especially liked the neck pillow, and the bed was very comfortable.

Martino was so friendly and always ready with tips on what to see in Bari or which places to catch on a trip to Matera. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a simple but elegant style. Breakfast was delicious, cosy, and welcoming. Thanks for the special care. You really make each guest feel that warm Italian welcome. Be sure to visit their restaurant too :)

A nice, modern and clean place with shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, including a restaurant right outside. The room wasn’t huge, but it was enough for two. The bed was firm, the pillows soft, and there was an extra blanket. There were outlets by the beds and lamps, plus a mini fridge with drinks to pay for. Having a pod coffee maker in the room was a big plus for me. The shower was fantastic, with several jets and a shelf for toiletries, and the blow dryer got hot. There’s seating on the rooftop terrace, and the building has four floors. There’s no elevator, so arriving late meant carrying our own luggage up the stairs. At checkout, they brought it down for us. Breakfast is served from 8-10 around a huge table where everyone sits together. It was a bit awkward reaching around other guests to get food, but they made the coffee we wanted and the fresh ricotta was phenomenal. Our only real drawback was getting just one key card. They said they were working on getting more. All in all, it was a nice place to rest our heads.

The room was pretty and absolutely clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was beautifully designed, and the breakfast was good quality. It’s easy to reach by car and just a two-minute walk from the historic centre. There’s a large parking area in front of the hotel, but it’s for local residents only. We dropped off our luggage and left the car at Parcheggio Saba Porto garage, about 700 metres away. I paid 12 euros for 20 hours. All in all, it’s a great stay for a reasonable price.
