Town House 12

Sam was especially helpful, sharing information about excursions and greeting us each evening in a way that made us feel at home. Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. Our room was comfortable, had the amenities we needed, and opened onto a lovely private terrace. Townhouse 12 is also in a handy spot if you want to be out of Milan's bustle, with the metro less than a minute away on foot. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. I'd be glad to return.

The staff I met all spoke perfect English, and the lobby looked nice. The rooms were clean, though they're starting to show wear and could use an update. Getting around isn't bad if you don't mind walking a bit or taking the metro. I'd call the hotel good, but not great.

I really liked my room, especially the big balcony, though I didn't stay long enough to make proper use of it. The staff were great, the room was nice, and breakfast was decent. The hotel is a little outside the centre, but the transport connections are good. I stayed earlier this year and had a nice time.

The people here were the nicest we met anywhere in Milan on our whole trip. They were incredibly kind. The location was great too, with the M5 metro station less than a minute away right outside the entrance, so getting around was easy. The room had good space for its size, and the bed was comfortable enough, though I'd have liked it softer. The old AC couldn't cool the room properly, so it got hot and I woke up sweating. That left me tired the next day. There wasn't any hot chocolate or milk in the room for tea or coffee, so you may need to ask or pick some up at the supermarket down the road. Breakfast was nice and simple, good if you don't eat much in the morning. Coffee and tea were offered every day. The bath wasn't draining well, so I adjusted the plug fitting myself and got the water flowing properly, lol.
