Breakfast is well worth having, especially the hot chocolate, which is thick, rich, and absolutely delicious. The staff were genuinely warm and seemed to anticipate what we needed. The Senato Hotel Milano feels like a tucked-away boutique gem, almost a private residence for someone into fashion. Inside, the understated Milanese style continues: simple, classy decor makes a calm escape from the city's bustle. The rooms are immaculate and stylish, with a nice balance of modern minimalism and luxury.

The location was my favorite part, with plenty of shopping nearby and Duomo di Milano about a ten-minute walk away. I loved the design, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean, and lovely, and both the breakfast and service were really good. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I visit Milano.

The people working at Hotel Senato were the best part of our stay. They were so kind and went out of their way to help when we needed it. We also loved the elegant feel, the beautifully designed rooms, and the perfect location.

Gian Luca really stepped up to help my wife when she wasn't feeling well. The service throughout was excellent, grazie! The hotel is also well placed for walking to good sights, places to eat, and shops.

The team made my business trip stay feel welcoming, and housekeeping was excellent, with close attention to detail. Vincenzo and Elena at reception were particularly helpful and greeted us with warm smiles. There was also a lovely receptionist whose name I can't remember, and a tall gentleman in black who was always ready to assist. At the bar, Federico is friendly and makes you enjoy sitting there. Thank you, my friend! Highly recommend the hotel.
