We got a lot of room to relax and spread out in the one-bedroom apartment. It sits in a handy central spot, with easy access to the station, shops, and tourist attractions. The furniture is a bit tired and could do with an update, though it wasn't a major issue. For the price, it was good overall. I'd recommend it.

The apartment was tidy and roomy, with a huge kitchen that had the essentials, a big bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Everything was in order, though there wasn't much memorable about it after a few days. The window looked onto a dull garage wall, and the room was a little dark, but that worked out fine in August. We were on the first floor over a side street, with a few cars going by below. The cleaning lady asked us to leave at 11am so she could get started, but we'd been told that when booking. All good, around 4.5 stars.

The room smelled bad and was incredibly dirty. Even after we complained twice, it still wasn't cleaned properly. I wasn't happy for a single minute of my stay, and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. It felt like staying here could put a person's health at risk. Worst room experience of my life.

The place is very central, and it seems the renovation was done with good intentions. But it was smaller than advertised, and the photos were misleading. The upkeep and cleanliness were poor: there were dirty curtains stained with wine, a broken toilet seat and small furniture door, and plastic bags left by previous guests. The windows weren't properly insulated, so it was very loud at night. It felt like one apartment had been divided into several small ones, with the renovation making things look good at first glance but not keeping them in good shape.

A nice apartment, close enough to walk to Duomo.
