My mom broke a vertebra after falling on an unseen step as she entered. They didn't check on her or help at all. They still charged her for the stay and said the building was responsible, then left us to deal with it and never connected us with anyone there. It was a disaster. Don't go, they're scammers.

The experience was awful. The entrance hall has a dangerous step that's hard to see and poorly marked. We ended up at the hospital at 8 a.m., and they rang the bell because a new guest was waiting. The induction cooktop didn't work either. Now they're asking for the 8 euros before you even get inside.

The apartment was really nice, just a short walk from the center and Bari Vecchia. It was a pleasant stay, and I'll definitely return.
