The one good thing was the location, fairly close to the train station. The apartment smelled of mold as soon as we walked in. The Booking description said there was a bedroom with a double bed and extendable couch, plus a living room with another extendable couch, but there was no living room. We were two couples and had to share one bedroom. The couch we extended was broken, and we fixed it ourselves. The owner said he'd give us a discount for the nearby subterranean parking, but never sent the document we needed.

It's quiet inside even though the apartment is on the building's 4th floor, and there are lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and other places to eat nearby. The flat is spacious and comfortable, with a generous roof terrace and everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was spotless when we checked in. The location is great, just a few minutes on foot from Bari's central train station and about a 10-minute walk to the old town and seafront. The owners were hospitable and helpful. We'd stay here again if we came back to Bari. Highly recommended!

It's a simple, pleasant place that's kept in good shape. The water pump, unfortunately, is very loud and disturbing.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and has an elevator, a large terrace, and lovely spacious rooms with good furnishings. It's right in the city centre. Parking is less than a minute away on foot, and you can get it at a reduced rate.

My partner and I have stayed here twice now. With all the work travel I do, it's hard to come across such a nice, well-furnished apartment. The owners are truly welcoming and kind, and the terrace and location are real gems. Recommended.
