Bari Station Classic Apartment by Wonderful Italy

We were sent to this apartment late at night as an “alternative solution” because the first one hadn't been cleaned. The agency offered it at about 10:30 PM, half an hour's walk away, and gave us no help getting there. After walking through the night with our luggage, we arrived around 1:30 AM and found the apartment was already occupied. It seemed nobody had checked before directing us there. We ended up trying to make do between the bed and couch so we wouldn't be left outside. This happened because of a string of mistakes by the management agency. The property itself isn't what I'm criticizing here. It's the agency's careless, irresponsible handling that put guests in an unacceptable situation in the middle of the night. I'd avoid staying while the management is the same.
