The reception was excellent to deal with. We stayed at Barirooms for five nights, and the room was clean with everything we needed. It's especially handy if you're exploring Apulia by train, since Bari railway stations are about an eight-minute walk from the apartments 😅

Check-in was easy, everything was organized, and communication with the host went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable, right in a great central location. I'd definitely stay here again.

The location is convenient, close to the main station, but we were really disappointed by how dirty the room was. There were food stains in the shower when we arrived, and it looked disgusting in the photos too. I wondered if a sewer problem had brought wastewater up into it, though it also looked a bit like vomit. Staff had communicated well before our arrival, so I contacted them right away, but nearly two weeks later I still haven't had any reply, despite trying several times. I cleaned the shower myself before bed because it was so gross. There was also a lot of dust, especially on the fake plant on the table and in a corner beside the bed. I'm not allergic, but I could see this becoming a health issue for someone who is. One bed leg was badly out of place, and I worried the bed might collapse under us. The walls had plenty of stains, and the bed seemed cheap and wasn't very comfortable. We regretted booking the room, even for just one night, because we didn't feel comfortable with that level of cleanliness. At €73 for the night, I expected them to at least agree to a partial refund given the condition of the apartment on arrival. The complete silence since then makes me feel they don't care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend it even for one night. We considered leaving, but had to get up very early for a train the next morning, and the other places available late at night were much farther away.

I liked how clean the room was, the comfortable bed, and the TV's smart features, so we could watch Netflix, YouTube, and more. The apartment was close to the main train station and the main part of the city, which worked well for our Bari city break. Getting the room keys was very convenient, and check-in and check-out were handled through the app. The administration was helpful and would check how we were enjoying our stay in Bari. Worth recommending!
