The room is lovely and large, with a sleeping area, a table and sofa in the living area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The property itself is brand new and in a quiet part of Bari, though there aren't basic amenities nearby. There's a shower and washing machine in the bathroom, but the electric radiator needs connecting and adjusting. We arrived to a cold room because the balcony doors had been left open. The fridge was empty, with no drinks or snacks. We were sure we'd booked a B&B, but there was no sign of breakfast. In the morning there wasn't enough hot water to shower. I was also sent a link to review a different property.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to sit for coffee with friends or get some work done. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the shower is roomy, and the bathroom is easy to use. The property has recently been renovated and is fully automated, with remote management. The Wi-Fi signal is weak and each session is limited to an hour, though mobile reception is good. Despite the recent renovation, some maintenance has been neglected: the thermostat has fallen into a broken socket, the electrical panel cover is loose, wall fixtures dangle in the bathroom, and the bathroom radiator stays cold because it isn't set up properly. Booking through an AMEX agency said breakfast was included, but it wasn't. There is a coffee maker and a fridge, but the fridge was empty and there wasn't even a complimentary bottle of water. There's little nearby, which doesn't help. The place is nice and comfortable, but I think it's suited to a night or two at most. A bit more attention from management could make the stay much better.
