The rooms felt welcoming, and the bathrooms were really nice, but there were no towel racks. Heating with the heat pump wasn't enough, so we even used the hair dryer to warm up. There were no blankets, and housekeeping could have been better. I hope the service improves.

That terrace room with a kitchen was lovely, with little details carefully thought through, and the place itself looked new, well kept, and welcoming. The location was perfect, with very good connections to the city center. The girl on the phone was kind and helpful. We were there for one night and had a good stay, though the mosquitoes were awful at night, so I'd suggest adding mosquito nets. There also wasn't a spot for refreshments or breakfast, but we saw that you're working on one right below the property. Congratulations, and I hope to come back and see beautiful Bari 😊

The room was cozy and warm, and the double bed was comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were spotless. I highly recommend staying here.

Getting around was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and the central train station about 20 minutes away. The room was very clean and newly renovated, but it felt bare: one chair for a double room, just a simple console table, and no place for a suitcase except the floor, despite having a wardrobe. The bathroom was pleasant but had no towel rack. The little fridge made so much noise I couldn't sleep. There was no welcome note or coffee or tea, just one small bottle of water. I also couldn't find a Wi-Fi password or instructions, and there were only three TV channels. The email gave only the owner's phone number. It's in a newer housing area, and to me it's really only suitable for a one-night stopover.
